Job Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain 8 major LMS sites in the UK, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security.
Customize the WPLMS theme to meet the client’s design and functionality requirements by modifying templates and stylesheets, developing custom functionality and features, and configuring theme settings and options.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to learners’ access to exams, including registration, enrollment, and login issues, as well as exam result accuracy and integrity.
– Develop and implement procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of exam results, as well as learners’ access to certificates and other learning credentials.
– Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration of learning systems and tools.
– Monitor and analyze site traffic, user behavior, and engagement to improve user experience and increase conversions.
– Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end development.
– Provide technical guidance and support to learners and instructors, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training.
– Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and training – materials for learners and instructors.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest LMS and WPLMS developments, trends, and emerging technologies.
Optimize site performance by implementing caching strategies, CDN integration, and other performance-enhancing techniques.
– Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and other relevant guidelines.
– Develop and maintain custom plugins and functionality to enhance the LMS and WPLMS theme capabilities.
– Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for each site.
– Manage and configure server infrastructure and hosting environments to support LMS and WPLMS theme requirements.
